Traffic FM 88.8, also known as Traffic Broadcast Service, is Bangladesh’s pioneering FM broadcasting station, located at the headquarters of Bangladesh Betar in Dhaka. With a prime address at 31 Syed Mahbub Morshed Saroni, Agargaon, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, this station has been on air since 26th May 2005. Targeting the people of Dhaka city, especially the youth aged between 18 to 35, Traffic FM 88.8 airs informative programs on traffic issues from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm daily. Being in the 4th youngest city in the world with a median age of 24, Dhaka’s youth population benefits from the tailored content broadcasted by Traffic FM to raise awareness and educate citizens on relevant traffic concerns.
